Paid Freight within Australia
I Love Cruiser offers paid freight across Australia. Orders are shipped via Australia Post Express (Express Eparcel) or other approved logistics companies at our discretion. Each shipment comes with a tracking number, which will be sent via SMS or email once your order has been dispatched. Express or expedited shipping is available to major cities (e.g., Sydney Metro, Melbourne Metro, Perth Metro), while delivery to rural areas may take longer. Typical delivery times range from 1–4 business days depending on location.

Click and Collect
You can select Click and Collect at checkout to pick up your order directly from our Sydney warehouse. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be ready. Same-day collection may be possible on business days. Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification via email or SMS. Please do not arrive at the warehouse without prior confirmation.

Dispatch Times
Most items are dispatched the next business day. Some items may take up to 3 business days. Pre-order items or products with longer dispatch times will have expected shipping dates clearly noted on the product page.
